Tiffany Smye is a Canadian HR leader with more than 15 years of experience designing, championing and leading talent programs that elevate culture, capability, and performance. She started her career in talent acquisition, working in executive search before transitioning to campus recruitment. From there, she held progressively senior positions in talent management and human resources for some of Canada's most reputable brands.

A certified coach, AgileHR practitioner, and trusted executive advisor, Tiffany has led local and global teams at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and Deloitte. She has supported diverse employee populations from 150 to 9,500, consistently aligning talent strategies with business goals and leveraging data and technology to drive measurable organizational outcomes.​​
